*Shoots further than a 15-mile radius of Salem will incur a mileage rate of $1.45 for each additional mile or a $20 minimum.

* Appointments may be cancelled at any time up to 24 hours from the time.  Cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will be assessed a $75 fee.
